This is a private, compact workshop studio available for messy and noisy work in Merihaka. This studio is part of a community of visual artists with their own studios. This shared floor includes two bathrooms, cleaning equipment and a small kitchen, with equipment to prepare food and drinks.
The studio is 14m2 and includes:
- electrical tools and equipment
- handheld measuring and construction tools
- painting and drawing equipment.
- large desk , wall space and chairs
There are artist and construction materials stored in the space, such as wood, foam, wire, paints and glue, which are available to purchase if needed. This is not required as you can also bring and use your own materials and tools.
The studio is ideal for:
- rough and messy work
- construction
- private desk work
- storage
The studio is very convenient to reach as it’s near the metro, trams and buses in Hakaniemi. There is paid parking in the basement of Merihaka and the supermarket beside the studio. The studio is 24/7 access, comes with WIFI and is pet friendly.
