Two crafters looking for a working space

We are two artists looking for a new space for our work starting from January. I am a metal engraver and jeweler maker, and my friend is a crafter and costume designer. While working, we may use noisy equipment such as a pneumatic engraving machine and an industrial sewing machine. It's not excessively loud equipment, but it could still be disruptive.

The suitable location is marked on the map below. The space should be at least 20 square meters, with electricity and access to water point. Our budget is up to 300 euros per month.

We can also consider share renting if our conditions work for you.
