Vuokrataan työtilaa n. 50 neliöiseltä jaetulta työhuoneelta Helsingin Meilahdesta. Tila sopii hyvin monenlaiseen taiteen ja käsityöhommien tekemiseen tai vaikka läppärityöskentelyynkin. Työhuoneemme on jaettu niin, että jokaisella on oma työskentelypaikka ja sen lisäksi käytössämme on yhteistä tilaa ja pieni varastohuone. Tämänhetkiset vuokralaiset ovat muotoilijoita, kuvataiteilijoita ja käsityön tekijöitä ja haemme nyt yhtä tai kahta uutta henkilöä jakamaan tilaa kanssamme elokuusta alkaen. Tällöin meitä olisi yhteensä neljä tai viisi. Olemme ystävällisiä ja yhteistyökykyisiä, ja kunnioitamme toistemme työrauhaa.
Vuokra 98-122€ /kk, riippuen vuokralaisten määrästä. Tämän lisäksi muutama euro/kk sähkölaskuun ja vakuutukseen.
We are renting a workspace in a shared studio of about 50 square meters in Meilahti, Helsinki. The space is well suited for a variety of art and craft projects or working on a laptop. Our studio is divided so that everyone has their own place to work and in addition we have a common space and a small storage room. The current tenants are designers, visual artists and crafters and we are now looking for one or two new people to share the space with us starting in August. Then there would be four or five of us in total. We are friendly and cooperative, and we respect each other's peace.
Rent 98-122€ /month, depending on the number of tenants. In addition, a few euros /month for electricity and insurance.
