Shared workspace in Puotila!

Hei!

We are searching for 2 persons to rent our studio in Puotila harbour.
The rent is 200€ for 20m2, the landowner asks for 2 months of caution and 2 months before departure notice.
The space is beautifully located near the sea.
We can also organise shows in the space whick looks like a gallery.
Noisy work is allowed after 5pm and the week-end, the building is hosting few music studios.
